building is a two-storey light well surrounded by red cedar sunshades designed to bring natural light deep into the building. Adjacent to the patio is a large sculptural staircase connecting the two floors, which is made of steel and prefabricated terrazzo steps and "breaks the rigid, orthogonal structure of the house".

For living Spaces and corridors, Think Architecture has designed bright and minimalist interiors designed to allow occupants to focus on furniture, art and the outdoor landscape. Rooms feature terrazzo with marble and grey-coated ceilings and floors, and three-metre-high oak bookshelves adorn the room like a maze.
